On January 23, 2025, a meeting was held in Almaty to discuss the optimization of logistics in the transportation of oversized and heavy cargo, particularly wind turbines. The event was attended by the CEO of M-GROUP KZ, as well as representatives from the Transport and Transport Control Committee of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Main Transport Prosecutor’s Office, and @atameken.alm.
During the discussion, concrete results were achieved and forward-looking plans were outlined:
- Organization of a stationary weighing station near the village of Lavar, Almaty region.
- Strengthening control over legal compliance and road safety.
- Simplification of the coordination procedure on the road section near the “Nur Zholy” customs checkpoint.
